The Museum opens continuously from Monday to Sunday.A maximum of 10 people can access for each visit session.COVID-19 provisions currently in force regulate access the Ducati premises:

  • The visits to the Museum are only available upon on-line reservation.
  • You must show up with the signed self-certification form. The form is issued at the same time as the entrance ticket at the end of online purchase.
  • All visitors will have their temperature checked at the entrance. Access to the facility will not be permitted to those with a body temperature equal or above 37.5 ° C.
  • For the entire duration of the visit within the Company area, it will be required to maintain the interpersonal safety distance of at least 1 m. and it is mandatory to wear a facemask. Should the visitor not have one, the Museum staff will provide it with.
  • In order to welcome more visitors and to avoid crowding, the maximum duration of the tour will be of 45 minutes at the Museum.
  • The museum halls can be accessed by a maximum of seven people according to slots calculated on space size and logistics. Inside the Museum, you will find signs on the ground indicating the distance to keep. You are kindly requested to strictly respect it.
  • Inside the exhibition halls it is forbidden to touch exhibits or surfaces.
  • The cloakroom service and lockers are not available; visitors are therefore kindly requested to come to the tour with just a few personal belongings, avoiding luggage and bulky backpacks and bags.
  • You are kindly asked to strictly respect the entry time as showed on the ticket; access is not allowed before the chosen time and any delays could preclude the visit. Please note that tickets are not refundable.

  • Official 2020 Ducati Club Members, with a valid membership card. The card will be requested at gate entrance;
  • Visitors under 11 years old;

  • Ducati Motor Holding employees/ Ducati Dealers /National Sales Company workers.

Ducati Museum Online Journey

You can't come to Borgo Panigale, but would you like to follow a guided tour of the Ducati Museum?

From October 15th the "Ducati Museum Online Journey" will be available, a real online guided tour through which you can visit the Ducati Museum accompanied by the Museum's expert guidesfrom the comfort of your home.

This new digital experience, lasting about 45 minutes, is meant for all fans of motor history who, while waiting to be able to admire in person the motorcycles exhibited at the Ducati Museum in Borgo Panigale, wish to live a digital experience through the Museum rooms accompanied by official guides. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to interact with the guide through the platform's Q&A system.

The cost of the online guided tour is € 10 and all those who purchase the tour within 30/12/2020 will get a € 10 discount on the purchase of the Ducati Museum Catalog which they can purchase in Borgo Panigale at the Museum shop within 31/12/2021.
